”This place was excellent to stay at. Very safe area pool well kept and well managed. The gentleman at the front desk very kind and friendly even checking in to make sure the room was suitable and making sure I didn’t need anything to make my stay better.”

”This place was exactly what we were hoping for - super cute, accommodating, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The house itself is gorgeous, with an adorable common area stocked with coffee, tea and games overlooking hills and trees through huge windows. If we had another trip to Eureka Springs, we would bee-line back to the Piedmont House.”

”The room was clean and tidy. The perfect size for our group. We do wish the pool hadn't been closed due to damage, but we still very much enjoyed our visit. Thank you.P.S. the LED wall lights didn't work and there wasn't a microwave in the room. These issues didn't impact our stay.”

”I wish staff had been on-site. There was only one tiny trash can, and no Kleenex, even though there's a built-in tissue holder! Other than that, the room was nice and the pool was great!”
