”The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! ”

”Perfect for a hermit!”

”The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. What we drop the one star for is the somewhat incomplete communication. Fundamentally, this is an apartment in a 3-story building. No spa yet. On the night of arrival, the independent Yachtsman Grill closed at 6 pm without a warning. We found that out at 6.15 when we tried to go to dinner. Luckily, there is a nice Indian restaurant less than half a mile down...

Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

”Hieman ränsistynyt hotelli hienolla paikalla. Huone oli kulunut mutta puhdas. Palvelu oli ok, varsinkin Tim ravintolassa oli ihana.”
