”The staff really make this hotel run! My holiday was enhanced by this experience with staying with Hyatt in Evanston with the polite customer service. The breakfast was good, just what you needed to start the day. Everyday there is something different and its all you can eat style! The gym is 24hrs so you can go in whenever you want to pump your heart and lift some iron. And this is a convenient hotel as your a 40-50 minute train journey away from Chicago! ”Clean and efficient, great affordable location near Northwestern campus and many shops and restaurants. The gym and hot tub were great, but the pool is pretty small. Breakfast was also very good. Would overall recommend this hotel.”

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”
