”Staff were friendly. The location was great. The water park was fantastic, although looking a little run down. The room was a bit dusty and dirty in corners. The exercise room (3 pieces of equipment total, no weights) was non-functional, with one extremely loud treadmill, a bike that didn’t work and a bike with no seat.”

”We loved our stay at Pine Cottage!! The owner checked us in and was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and perfect for me and my girlfrend!! They even held our bags for us after we checked out as we explored the island before heading out! Overall, we loved our stay and are happy with everything!”

”The rooms were a bit away from downtown. However for the price it was totally worth it. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was actually nice to be out of town. At the end of the night we juat took a quite taxi ride back to the room. We will stay again!”

”We really appreciated having our bags taken there. They allowed us to use their bathroom to change before our lunch at the Grand Hotel. They also let us know our room was available early. The porter at the ferry was very friendly and helpful, but the woman working the front desk when we arrived was rude.”

”The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend other people to stay here too. And it was very peaceful and quiet.”

”It was a beautiful, huge room with big fluffy towels and the jacuzzi was very nice. The jacuzzi had some rust in the lines, so when I ran the jets, it made some yucky orange bubbles, but I just wiped the sides, emptied it, and refilled it. That was all it needed. I highly recommend! I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice too.”

”I rented an Accessible Room, I am a Bilateral AKA traveler. There was a shower but the hand held shower head I could not reach if I could have used the bathroom! No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising. I could not use there breakfast amenities due to no room for someone in a wheelchair or for that matter a walker would not get through their facilities! If...
