”Good overall value but lacking in amenities (does have a pool). Staff is helpful but scarce - it’s often hard to find the front desk even staffed as management has them doing multiple jobs. Most severe is maintenance - we have had heating, TV, and other issues and there is no onsite maintenance staff to fix anything. Breakfast is ok but minimal.”

”Had a good check in all went well. Room was perfect I was staying for 2 nights. I elected to not have room cleaned in between. Stays. I noted they left two bottles of silver reef bottled water complimentary with coffee and tea nice touch. Usually hotels leave bottled water if water is questionable to drink. I don’t know. I came back from a long day and asked at front desk for a couple more water for my second night as I drank the other two. He said we don’t give water and then the other guy...

”The customer service was top notch and the place was otherwise great, too. There was no microwave in the room (as was mentioned in the text) but it was in the corridor. No biggie. All around good experience!”

”The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all”

”Lovely modern room with water view. Swanky bar opens at 4. Fun ice cream store around the corner on Railroad. Spent a good 2 hours in 3 story bookstore in Fairhaven before 4pm check-in.”

”The front desk staff was great - the girl working when we checked in/out was very sweet and helpful. The room was pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. It was pretty dirty and there was a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom. It also stunk really bad. There were a bunch of chopped up cars in the back and a large group of men partying and being L O U D late into the night (like 3am) which left me pretty uneasy.
