”Parking easy. Staff excellent Breakfast was good I had a great sleep it was quiet and very clean Very outdated in terms of lighting carpets drawers microwave bathroom but the shower was lovely and hot. The bed was comfy and I felt safe in the room by myself (I was a female alone)”

”I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled musty, the floors weren’t clean and the furniture is very worn. The pool and fitness center were closed for maintenance. The staff was helpful in addressing issues that were raised but the overall state of the hotel was quite bad. ”

”Hot tub was broken for whole stay :( Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great! Some areas of the room needed a bit more cleaning (several stains on the couch, stain on headboard at mattress level due to spill, a few cobwebs). The rest of the room was cleaned well. Staff was wonderful! ”

”Shower leaked badly onto bathroom floor even though shower curtain was inside the tub resulted in flooding. Noted that there was a poor attempt at a recaulk of the tub area, signs of water damage on wall and bottom of door, indicating the leak was preexisting. Staff commented that since we booked through Expedia there was little they could do. Manager, however, decided to pay for our cab ride to airport as a customer satisfaction offer.”
