”Nice and welcoming staff, however the cleanliness of the room wasn’t quite up to standard; we found hair in multiple places such as bedsheets, pillows and shower, given stained towel, as well as the room being overwhelmingly dusty. Generally a nice hotel and not the worst of stays, just a few details that should be taken into account.”

”There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. ”Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge.”

”Room was basic, but clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Good position for us as it was a 30 mins tube trip from Paddington. Recommended to anyone that needs a cheap and cheerful hotel for a short stay. ”
