”The property was actually pretty clean however the toilet in our cabin was leaking all over the floor. No coffee in the morning the coffee machine was broken, decided on a smoothie but they didn't have any fruit. We had no chef to cook dinner and your a decent cab ride to town. Favourite thing about this Resort was the lovely staff however the management are not maintaining the resort very well and it's in a not so great location, there's many better resorts on the island”

”This is an easy recommendation - very professionally run with great staff. Excellent beds and rooms - currently renos have just about finished so all rooms are new. Central to Luganville. A really easy place to have a base for all the sightseeing and adventuring that Santo offers.”

We arrived with a dead mouse in the shower, and I would say the house inside looked a little tired compared to the glossy pics on other sites.The beach in front is very rocky, so going for a swim or walk is not a great option.Getting here and back to Luganville also costs approx. 80 AUD so that is something to consider.The bbq area is only usable when there is no wind. ”Not as pictured on the web. Aircon did not work. Shower broken, hardly any water pressure when it did work, no hot water. Internet constantly stopped working, and not a safe connection. TV was for decoration only, did not work and no remote. Dirty restaurant with very limited operating hours and poor food quality. No-one at reception.”

”We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples.”
