”I stay as for an outpatient visit to U Of M hospital. Great location for being downtown and proximity to the hospital facilities. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and ballet service was convenient.
Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great.”

”Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided.
Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, safe, great room sizes. Perfect for our...

”Look, it's hard to pick out one single feature to review because this place was a knockout. We stayed in perhaps a dozen hotels as we drove across the country and this place was the star, overall. It's the one hotel that could be construed as a destination in and of itself. Amenities were super - pool, hot tub, workout machines, lobby food and treats, adjoining restaurant - this place had them all. Most hotels coem off as OK and good for a night or tow, but this place was a cut above.”
