We walked to Pyrgos from the house as well as enjoyed a couple lovely meals locally at Mexitaxi Mas. Has all the comforts you need and excellent communication from host, a lot of 'Extras' not mentioned on website, show gel, body lotion, dry food items and welcome water / Beer & Wine. BBQ onsite with Charcoal, no immediate Grocery nearby so book a stop using the Airport Shuttle. Car might be worth looking at as pretty much all taxi fares were roughly €30 - €40 depending where.
