”This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.”

”The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty.
