"Mukava henkilökunta ja iso hieno huone (numero 104). Kiva ja hyvä ravintola hotellilla. Alakerran pubista kuului live musiikki suoraan huoneeseen 23:30 saakka. Tämä oli erittäin ärsyttävää pitkä matka päivän jälkeen. Aamulla taas alkoi poraaminen viereisessä talossa missä tehdään remonttia klo 7 aamulla. "

"Sijainti on loistava (vanhan kaupungin kävelykadun varrella ja metrolle muutama sata metriä). Palvelualtis henkilökunta. Aamiainen hyvä. Kapeat raput (vanha rakennus), mutta hissi löytyi. Siisti huone. "

"The room was nothing like in the picture and description on hotels.com website! It was so tiny that suitcase couldn't be opened and it didn't even have a bathroom, just a small toilet and a sink in the room, with no warm water. The light switches beneath the wall/bedside lamp were filthy, never been cleaned and the floor wasn't even swept. The ridiculous tables with curvy edges made everything you tried to place on them slide off the table. Whoever made the "design" wasn't very smart. The personnel at the front desk, however, did the best they could and were very friendly, helpful and flexible. That was the only positive thing that can be said, besides location."

"We had a great stay in April. The hotel is in a perfect location, easy to walk to almost everywhere. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was a bit small, but it was really clean and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was hot and strong! Definitely would come again!"
