Unauthorized use of the property includes, without limitation, allowing any overnight guests or visitors not listed on the reservation; exceeding the maximum occupancy at any time; hosting parties, gatherings, or events of any kind; creating noise or activity that disturbs neighbors at any hour; moving or rearranging furniture or using furniture indoors or outdoors other than as intended; bringing unregistered animals onto the property; smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit; using candles, open flames, incense, or attempting repairs or alterations; tampering with or disabling safety devices; using the property for filming, photography, meetings, content creation, or any commercial purpose; using the address for residency or registration; and granting access to any third party without the host’s prior approval. Any violation constitutes unauthorized use and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, additional fees, and claims submitted through VRBO for damages, excess cleaning, or rule violations.
