This amazing contemporary home features a hot tub patio and a spacious open layout filled with vintage furniture. 15 minutes to downtown Lexington, W&L, VMI. 10 minutes to the Virginia Horse Center. Perfect for a couples weekend or a family trip! Family amenities include pack'n'play, high chair & games!

This accessible home has a step-free entry from the driveway and a first floor primary bedroom with an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the great room up 5 stairs.

The home is all yours! The open spaces surrounding the home on the ridgetop provide not only beautiful views, but plenty of privacy.

We do not live on the property, but we have a local team who can provide assistance as necessary. We will not interfere with our guests' visit but can always be reached by message, email, or phone.

The house is located at the top of a hill on a private paved road. Access is only shared with the neighboring property.

We recommend bringing your own vehicle for getting around the larger area, as Lexington does not currently have an active taxi or cab service.

We are a 15 minute drive to downtown Lexington, a 10 minute drive to the VA Horse Center, and a 25 minute drive to Natural Bridge.

Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. - The booking party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.

- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
- Pets are permitted with pet fee.
- All overnight guests must be registered with your reservation.
- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
