”Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return...

”Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

”When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...
