Some observations: cleaning service there till 3:25pm, mosquitos pushed us off porch at dusk, trash barrel was full and made difficult to add too without attracting wildlife, something I think you’re trying to avoid. ”My husband and I stayed here for one night during this beautiful fall season. Peter met us when we arrived and showed us around and was very accommodating. The layout of the church is wide open. With antiques, unique collectibles, and interesting artifacts that were placed to be aesthetic to the eye. Yes, there were antique knives and antique toy guns, which added to the unique character of this VRBO. The feel of the house is that it is much loved and there is much thought into what goes in it...

”The Benton House is in a fantastic location— a few minutes in the car from downtown Hanover and a delightful walk to downtown Lebanon on the Rail Trail. The house is clean and comfortable with a spacious backyard that’s perfect for lounging in nice weather. Lee, the host, is very accommodating and helpful, too. All in all, a really nice place to stay while visiting the Upper Valley.”

”Loved the historical charm and layout of the property. Check-in process was easy using the coded keyless entry. The backyard was enormous and we enjoyed the peace and privacy of the property. However, the gas grill was very dirty and needed a thorough cleaning before we could even use it. Also, the flavorizer/heat distribution bars were rusty and corroded and should be replaced. Excellent wi-fi in the farmhouse. Softest bed I've ever slept in, but I found it to be very uncomfortable. Nice flat...

”We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect base for visiting family in the area. The house had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view over the pond was amazing! Unfortunately there was rain so we didn’t get to use the deck or fire pit but maybe next time. Would definitely stay here again.”
