”Fairmont Hot Springs is our family’s go-to getaway place. My boys love the hot and cold outdoor pools. We’d spend all our time at the resort. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room with kitchenette is roomy for a family of four. Pool-facing rooms are really convenient to get to the outdoor pools.
The reason I took away one star is that I really wish they would invest on their beds - they are too soft and not supportive for two sleepers with sagging on the sides. ”

”This was such a lovely stay! Everything was clean, comfortable and just as pictured. Our family of 8 all had plenty of space, comfort and got to enjoy the location fully. Great rooms, things to do and the location was ideal. Highly recommend! Communication with the host was perfect too!”
