”First off the staff was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. We had an issue with thenTV remote and the manager gave us a couple replacements that didn’t work. But then she spent her own time seeking out one that did work. 🙂
The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty.
Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds.
The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t...

We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, the scheduled check-in time, but our room was not ready. The front desk initially told us the wait would be only 30 to 45 minutes. Instead, we waited nearly two hours before we could access our room.
We were informed that the hotel was overbooked and had only two housekeepers working. While staffing challenges can happen, the hotel should have been better prepared...
