The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, which made everything so convenient. ”Extremely convenient. It's attached to a mall so it has a super market, laundry, ATM, food, department store etc.
Free shuttle to the main part of town. Also there are always trikes available immediately outside for hire if you don't want to wait for the shuttle.
Room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great no issues, hot and cold water was also reliable.
During night time the street near the hotel has a lot of street food which is great if you want to try more...

”The staff was amazing and the food was good. I was doing a little work so I was surprised about the Co Working Spaces. The property was in walking distance to the beach at the north end of the island. D'Mall is a little far but close by trike. They even give you free travel one way per day. The room I has was like a suite with a very cool living room and an great outdoor space to laydown or have dinner at your place.”

”Belmont Hotel gives you your privacy since it’s far from a lot of people that is located in station 2. The only problem we had was when you booked a transportation it’s always full and hopefully they will have enough transport van to accommodate all or their guests.”

Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. ”Excellent hotel with perfect location and their service with airport transports was perfect. During our stay there was a storm at Boracay and many places were flooding and without electricity but The District had no problems at all. The storm also forced us to stay one day longer and the staff was extremely helpful with our situation and assisted with rearranging our flights and provided us the documents needed for insurance.”
