House Staks Sea View is perfect for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. It is located in southern Crete on Mount Kamilari, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Sunsets by the pool are truly one-of-a-kind.
The house features a large living/dining area. Both spacious bedrooms each have a bathroom with a shower and tub.
In addition to air conditioning in all rooms, the house can be heated in winter, as can the 28-square-meter pool. This makes House Staks a wonderful vacation destination all year round.
House Staks offers 110 square meters of living space.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower/tub and toilets.
A separate guest restroom is located right next to the living/dining area.
The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms.
The house has parking available.
A gas grill is available on the terrace.
The 28-square-meter pool is heated, and there is an outdoor shower.

It was built in a traditional style and is situated among other vacation homes on Kamilari Hill.
It features a large, beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.
All rooms are located on the first floor; the rooftop terrace is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
The sea, the numerous beaches, and many nearby attractions are easily accessible by rental car.
Kamilari is located three kilometers southwest of the archaeological site of Phaistos. The village of Matala, with its famous caves—made famous by hippie culture, whose spirit is still alive and can be felt today—as well as many shopping options, is located in the immediate vicinity.
The restaurants in Kamilari are very welcoming, traditional, always a culinary delight, and within easy walking distance. A bakery and a supermarket are also within walking distance.
From our house, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the village and all the restaurants, cafes, bars, and the mini-market.
