”We travel quite a bit to see family and this place is by far the best hotel in our travels. The staff is always very friendly, the facility is always clean and the free breakfast is hot and tasty. I believe this was our sixth time staying at this location and will continue to be our “go to” stop in our Texas travels.”

”Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. Only complaint is $3.00 parking fee since it’s just a flat lot rather than a secure, gated parking garage.”

”This location has easy IH access with several dinning options and coffee shops; this is always very convenient for my travel needs.
Rooms are always clean and quiet; it’s hard to believe even with its close proximity to the highway but it is a good place to rest and prepare for the next morning.
The evening staff is the one I interact more and have all positive feedback to share - always kind and helpful.
This is one of my favorite business travel properties to stay and recommend.”

”No indoor/covered access to garage. If it’s raining you’re screwed. Towel guy came knocking at our door at midnight asking if we needed more towels. Why at midnight?? Hotel ran out of luggage carts the day we had to check out. Please invest in more luggage carts. Carpet in our room was dirty and had several stains.”

”At Hotel Indigo on Austin’s 6th Street, I was charged three extra times for a single payment. The manager was unresponsive, and even a week later, the issue remains unresolved. The experience was frustrating and unacceptable.”

For a relatively small hotel (or hotels), it can be confusing to get around the first few times. We took the parking garage elevator to the lobby floor of the Holiday Inn Express but there's no lobby there anymore (even though that's where they serve the solid, if underhwelming, free breakfast). You then walk down a corridor to find yourself on the mezzanine of...
