”The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced”

”They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors”

”Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back”

”I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience ”

”Managerial staff suck There was a blizzard and loss of power/heat/hot water They wanted us to pay full price to stay more night! Jerks! They also did not hire anyone to plow the parking lot so everyone remainder stranded for days. We dug ourselves out. ”

”the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...

”I was disappointed in the cleaniness and condition of the room overall. I've been in better Holiday Express hotels. ”

”The room was still dirty, sheets were heavily stained and soiled. The beds were not put together properly (fitted sheet and flat sheet only on beds, no blankets of any sort) and one pillow per bed. One of the pillows had dried blood on it. Phone did not work, no batteries in the remote, AC smelled musty and gross when the air was turned on. We left immediately after checking in. ”

”Huge room, never had a room with so much space. The room was clean with all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Did not use the pool or gym but looked in and both looked appealing. We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies. The lobby offered 24 hour coffee. Many self serve items to purchase. Breakfast was excellent with several hot choices. Wonderful stay!”
