The hot tub looked nice, but we never made it there to enjoy it. You get free drink coupon upon arrival which was a plus! Staff is super friendly! Definitely will return here! ”

”Great location for the unbelievably beautiful Lake Tahoe. Slight issues with contactless check-in as I had 2 messages about credit card not being accepted, the second one after I'd called them and processed payments over the phone the day before (in response to the first message). At the time we arrived, another couple were trying to contact Firelite as they hadn't received the necessary information to access their room. So something isn't right with their process and you may need to be prepared...

”We had a lovely stay at this rental December 23-30. We ran into some housing complications with a another rental property shortly before our stay, and the host made our lives significantly easier and was very accommodating of our needs during this hectic time. ”Check in was different, but once we figured it out, it was very easy as well as check-out. It snowed quite a bit (in May) and we were a little concerned about the steep driveway, wasn't a problem. It was plowed and salted before we we needed to leave (early). The room was clean and comfortable. Great alternative to staying in a casino.”
