”Breakfast was good and the staff was nice carpets were filthy blood on the pillows for the pull out bed . Worse thing is we specifically searched for a hotel with a pool which is what it was advertised as on Expedia and the pool was damaged by a flood sometime ago and not fixed nor do they have plans to fix it need to be more honest on the app”

”Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting.”

”The property is not well maintained at this juncture, furniture in our room was broken and in disrepair. The room had no towels and I had to go to the front desk to obtain the towels and they did not have wash have wash cloths. The bedspread had a stain on it and should not have been in the room from the start. Elevator floor and stainless were dirty, carpets need repair and cleaning or replaced. I suggest the latter. Carpeting in bedroom was dirty and we kept our shoes on do to this...

”Property was great. Its in a rough neighborhood with homelessness. Staff was friendly and helpful when I got their attention. Room was great. Breakfast was great. I wanted to do laundry. They told me where it was. They did not tell me the dryer was out of order.”

Overall, this was an okay stay, but there were enough issues that I wouldn't be eager to return.
The room itself was decent, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, the shower didn't drain properly, and the water pressure was so high that it made showering less enjoyable than it should have been.
The biggest disappointment was the advertised "continental breakfast." We weren't informed that it was an additional charge until after we'd already...
