”This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

”Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed...

”The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...
