Charming chateau - huge yard close to DC

15 mins drive to Washington DC! Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for entertaining, enjoy serenity in huge yard perfect for children or pets.

Centrally located in quiet neighborhood just outside of DC, surrounded by restaurants and shops, right across from Harris Teeter, 15 mins drive to both East Falls Church and West Falls Church metro station, 15 mins drive to DC.

LIVING ROOM
Large living room with plenty of seating. Roku smart TV, board games and wood-burning fireplace with wood provided.

KITCHEN
Large kitchen fully equipped with all updated appliances, mixer, blender, toaster... and plenty more. Framed TV facing kitchen for following recipes or entertainment.

DINNING ROOM
Large dinning table with plenty of bench seating and chairs.

DEDICATED OFFICE SPACE
Large dedicated office with two comfortable rolling desk chairs and wall to way desk. Two bedrooms also have their own desk and chair. Remote working welcome!

2-car off street cobblestone car port in the back of the house. The house is on a corner lot, so there is always hundreds of fee of free and easy street parking if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire house and yard space.

Guess passcodes to the front and back doors will be provided prior to arrival.

Spacious and excellent location close to Georgetown University and Washington DC

Stayed here to attend graduation ceremony at Georgetown University. This home provided a quiet beautiful spacious area for our family of 8 who ranged from 8 to 85 years. It is close to the monuments in Washington DC and Georgetown university. Host Jon, was available to answer questions and also kindly allowed us an early check in.

Peaceful sweet home

My parents and I loved this charming home. A sanctuary from the holiday crowds. We were in town to see the Nutcracker and visit family. Loved the cozy fireplace and beauty of the surrounding trees. I slept like a baby. I highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Great stay in DC area

Communication with owner was great. Check in and check out a breeze. House pictures were very accurate. Yard was a big plus since we traveled with our dog. The neighborhood was very good for walking and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect vacation house

Very clean property stocked with everything you would need on a trip. Plenty of space inside and outside. Very nice yard and backyard patio. Very quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around. Wonderful Stay

Beautiful colonial a stones throw from the city

Stayed here with family for a ceremony at Arlington and we had a wonderful visit. Property was very nice and manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property

The house was very clean and well equipped. It was plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 12) and our dog. We really enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and seeing the lake.

An amazing property and great host

Upon arrival, this property surpassed our expectations. Beautifully maintained with a great eye for detail. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star villa. The host was very responsive and kind. Only regret is we wish we could've stayed even longer to really enjoy the whole property. A true pleasant experience. Will definitely be booking again when in the area. Thank you Jon!
