The location is unbeatable. just a 15-minute walk to Gyllyngvase Beach and 20 minutes to Swanpool, where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the water. In five minutes, you'll reach the best restaurants, shops, and pubs along the high street. With free off-road private parking, you won't need the car much. Guest Access – Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we provide detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless.

Parking – We have off-road private parking for one car (a VW Tiguan fits but no bigger). You can also find free parking on the nearby streets.

2nd Bedroom – A Futon is provided which folds out into a small single bed (W180 x D75).
**Extra linen is supplied upon request and an additional £50 will need to be paid.**

We provide a small amount of logs, kindling, and firelighters to get you started. If you need more, you can easily purchase additional supplies through the link we send in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you're welcome to buy your own from local shops or petrol stations.
