”We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

”Easy secure parking. Motel room and bathroom very clean and looked like it was recently updated, like new. Walking distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious with a small table you could sit at. Only down side was that there was not a microwave in the room but had access to one if needed. ”

”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start. ”Good budget lodging. Shower had excellent water pressure. The patio and grilling area of the “deluxe“ room looked nice. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice and provided towels, too, but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful. You can hear noise from adjacent and above rooms, and one of the bed sheets could have used some bleaching/stain remover, but overall good value lodging.”
