”We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....

”The bathroom in the office was out of order. Apparently they serve breakfast here also. The elevator was disgusting. There was no ice machine on property. Our rooms smelled terrible. The lights didn't work because there were no light bulbs. The bed had sand and grit all over it. My buddy who got a different room said there was hair in his bed. We ended up not staying and getting a room somewhere else. This is probably the grossest place I have ever almost stayed. I'm totally fine with a place...

” the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again.”

After 30 minutes, was moved to a second room filled with weed smoke and filthy. Asked to cancel reservation but hotel refused since booked through Expedia. Could not get a representative from Expedia, only automated system. Hotel showed three more rooms (including dirty ones that had been uncleaned from previous guests). Chose the best one possible for a...

”We checked in and found the room to be very dated, strong smell of glue fumes, my wife could not take we checked out with in hours of checking in. Cancelled the stay with the front desk.”

”Dirty room, sheets and towels had brown spots. Jets in tub didn't work. Elevator feels VERY unsafe! No wifi and no cable tv on top floor. Water didnt get hot till the day we left. No ramp for luggage carts. Stairs are locked so in event of fire you are trapped as the elevator has a massive delay. Tried to speak to manager to no avail. Called several times since leaving to speak to manager and he is never in and does not return calls. This hotel is horrible and can be a death trap. ”
