”I wasn't happy with the service; we had booked a room with an ocean view, but there was only one woman at the front desk handling a huge crowd. She left me standing there waiting while she tried to attend to everyone else and me at the same time. On top of that, there were no extra towels or toilet paper, and there were bugs—specifically bedbugs. They really need to fumigate, as it’s dangerous when you have children with you. I hope they take this feedback into account.”

”This is a nasty place , do not book a stay at this hotel unless you want to sleep with roaches , bugs all on the floor, the floor was cleaned with some slick stuff, nasty stains on the bed spread and lamp shed, this place looked like a roach motel and I am in the process of trying to get my money back”

”Nothing really . Room was rundown . Water in shower was not working correct . Supposed to be a non smoking hotel . Room smelt so bad of Cigarette smoke . Lobby smelt of marijuana. Cigarettes butts on the floor of hotel . Bedroom air conditioner was not working well. Old pool . Needs updated bad . One small elevator for whole hotel . And they use it to take down smelly trash bags . And no air in the elevator.”

”For being right on the beach, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic with a late arrival and check-in. I was impressed with the number of parking spaces available at their location.”

”After reading negative reviews I would like to say it was a great hotel for our vacation week. The manager took great care of us, hotel has a beach vibe, newly remodeled, our room was perfect for four. Beds comfortable, room clean, air conditioning great. The pool was right on the beach, poolside Aqua bar and ice cream shop. Great music and atmosphere! Breakfast was just basics. Overall for Virginia Beach a great hotel.”

”Don't waste your money, staff horrible check in at 4pm had to wait 1hr due to their only 1 cleaning lady.”

”Parking was available. Bare minimum with room. Tv didnt work when we drove in late night. Bed sheets were not in great condition stained. Towels had stains on them. Questionable cleanliness luckily we didn't stay a whole weekend. One comment I heard was at least they had a hand soap dispenser. We wouldn't stay there for a night again.”

”Love the view. No one came to sweep or mop the floors. Had to go and ask for clean towels. Parking was not great, we didn’t want to drive out, because we were afraid of finding a parking spot.”

”Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”
