”I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! ”Remember to ask non-smoking room if you want to. This hotel is popular during Dec-Jan and when we tried to change our room when noticing its a smokers room, we couldn't because they were Rully booked. Besides that, it was very moneysworth!”

”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Sea Paradise. The location right on the beach was perfect and we loved being so close to the ocean. A lovely bonus was the food voucher, which we would definitely recommend using as the restaurant was excellent. It was also easy to walk to the spa for some relaxation. We were able to pop into the nearby Spar to pick up a bottle of cap classique and enjoyed it on the balcony, which was such a special way to end the day. A fantastic place to stay.”

”The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!”

”Beautifull farm with fantastic views, mountains and sea, sunsets and sunrises. Interesting guests and nice vibe. Lovely outdoor deck where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Room comfortable and nice hot shower, clean. Blinds cannot be openen properly, broken ties. Communal kitchen and lounge area available for guests. Unfortunately, untidy, not clean, utensils, crockery and appliances tacky, some broken and not clean. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of all areas. Outdoor areas not well...
