”We were greeted very frostily by the owner and rushed up to our room because she wanted to go for a walk. She asked us why we hadn't replied to her urgent SMS sent 20 minutes ago. We said we were driving and hadn't seen it yet. We didn't see any more of her until se were just driving off. A white lady served us a mediocre breakfast. We had the feeling that we were a nuisance. Not the way guests should be treated.”

”Lovely, clean, quiet and safe! Owner couldn’t be nicer. Many dining options close by. Delicious breakfast made to order. For the golfer, looks like a golf course as you drive here! Enjoy.”

”Remember to ask non-smoking room if you want to. This hotel is popular during Dec-Jan and when we tried to change our room when noticing its a smokers room, we couldn't because they were Rully booked. Besides that, it was very moneysworth!”

”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”

”The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!”
