The apartment is located along the Fano canal harbor, in the Lido area, just 150 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the city center.

The area offers plenty of amenities: bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby.

There are also numerous free parking spots nearby. The Fano train station is just a few minutes away.

The apartment is spread over two floors, and the interior layout is as follows:

->GROUND FLOOR:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, air fryer, toaster, TV, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and access to the veranda;

- Covered outdoor VERANDA with dining table and chairs;

- Fenced-in small courtyard for exclusive use, which can also be used as a bike storage area;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, TV, and closet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a closet;

- BATHROOM I with shower stall, toilet, and sink.

->UPPER FLOOR:

- BATHROOM II with shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, natural gas heating, split-system air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Please note that there are internal stairs to access the upper floor;

- The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); guests may access and park there by providing us with their vehicle’s license plate number, which we must include on a special permit.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Fano Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Supermarkets, shops, and all major amenities are also located in the immediate vicinity.



The area is well-connected and offers numerous free public parking lots, while the Fano train station is easily accessible in just a few minutes.

- FROM THE STATION, you can easily reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes or by taking the F8r bus to the Nazario Sauro 2 (P.te Girevole) stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.





- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR, the apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Guests may access and park there by providing us with their license plate number, which we’ll use to issue a special permit.
