Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off ...
