She looked at me in an unfriendly way and insisted that I only had one reservation, which was not true. This created an uncomfortable situation for me and my family. We had traveled from Houston and arrived late, and because of this confusion we had to wait almost an hour, close to midnight....

The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us. ”I gave the hotel another chance but shouldn't have. The room I requested was not available when I arrived because it hadn't been cleaned. Keep in mind that I called upon my arrival in San Antonio. Several wake up calls were scheduled to no avail. I observed a couple who'd asked to access their luggage being told, "This is the last time" by the front desk agent.
