”Everything was great except for the guests above us. Must have been a family with either kids or large dogs. Sounded like they were playing tag or something requiring lots of running and jumping. They finally settled down around 11:00. Our pup would jump up and bark at every impact. Normally she is very calm and travels well. The excessive jumping, running, etc. were very disturbing.”

”We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more...

”La habitación que me dieron estaba sucia y me la tuvieron que cambiar, se oye todo entre las habitaciones así que no se puede hablar, ”

”habitación bien solo que no tendieron las camas ni limpiaron el cuarto solo cambiaron toallas no tienen agua en las habitaciones para tomar como en cualquier hotel normal no me vuelvo a quedar ahí. ”
