Motel 6 – Far North Central, San Antonio

”my family and me got three rooms they were all supposed to have microwave and refrigerator not all rooms did the beds were supposed to be queens they weren't they didn't have hot water there were roaches crawl I the microwave and refrigerator the toilet seat was broke there was Holes in the wall the showers were nasty had hair everywhere and there was hair on one of the beds when we walked in they came by the room to see if we needed towels or anything this was the worst trip I've ever took...

”The staff was not helpful whatsoever. “Julie” at the front desk wanted me to pay 50 deposit, after I already booked through you. There was NO microwave or refrigerator in the room; when it clearly stated that it would come with these. She said” oh I don’t know why that is on the website.. I traveled 5 hours for Surgery, and these people (from another Country) were so rude. No WiFi even though they stated they offered it. “Julie “told me to go down to the office, connect to WiFi, then go back...

”The pictures in the Expedia site are nothing to be compared to. The hotel is rundown and in very poor condition. We got there at 7pm, and at 5am I was up booking another hotel. I thought it looked very decent so my kids would know how a motel looks like and it was a very poor choice of a motel 6 to have been chosen. I am very upset that I spent the money i spent on this rundown motel , but I would’ve been more disappointed if I had stayed another minute.”

”The room was filthy. The floors, walls, towels, and every surface was gross. We asked for clean linens and the man at the front desk was just rude about it. We checked out early because it was just a terrible experience. The rooms were gross, it was loud, the pool wasn’t even usable, and the customer service was the worst of all. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.”
