The Lounge and Widescreen Cinema Room
This multipurpose space is designed for relaxation, socialization, and entertainment. Wood pillars and a majestic stone fireplace dominate the room, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Soft, eco-friendly rugs on the floor and sustainable furniture pieces offer comfortable seating for guests to unwind. By day, natural light floods the space, making it ideal for reading or lounging. Eco-Conscious AmenitiesThroughout Back Cottage Barn, sustainability is the guiding principle. From energy-efficient lighting and heating to the use of rainwater harvesting for the garden, every detail has been considered to reduce the environmental footprint.

Bus routes to Oxford are a short walk and are every 30 minutes until 2-3 am. Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Thames Pathway is approximately 2km away. Faringdon cars are based locally.

You will have exclusive access to the barn, including the sky view room with platform bed, homely hearth, ktichenette and cinema room by day which transforms to the second bedroom with two sofa beds by night.

Your exclusive shower and bathroom is short 10m walk and accessible through the door connecting to the main house, past the dining room with wood burner and left down the corridor.
