Hotelli oli pubin sivurakennus kivassa kylässä lähellä Lontoota. Pubi oli mainio, mutta huone kovin pieni.

We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this.

We stayed 1 night at the Plume & Feathers. The room is a conversion and was lovely and clean. We received a very friendly welcome from the landlord & landlady and would definitely return for another visit.

Cosy hotel
Nice hotel , pity that there is no dinner because of missing a chef.Hope they find one soon.Very cosy 500year building.A big improvent would a large window in the roof or door.

Nice stay
The room was very nice, it was in a converted stable and was lovely and warm and clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice.

The do provide sheets and towels
The Plume of Feathers does supply sheets and towels. 😀 The evening bar meals were excellent as well as the full english breakfasts. I personally don't like beds against the wall, but other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Plume of Feathers.

3 rooms in a converted garage or stable. Very small, bathroom facilities very cramped. The room smelt of air freshener to the point of giving me a headache. No windows, uncomfortable bed, intermittent internet, old and shabby.

Great place and wonderful hosts
A really lovely village and great B&B public house. The menu was varied and the food very nice indeed. The rooms are small but more than ample. I would heartily recommend. The only comment are the walls a tad thin in the bedrooms so the noisy bathroom fans can be a little annoying at night.

Good pub and very decent restaurant, welcoming and quiet stay, just what we wanted. the room was on the small side but it met our needs very well so we’d probably stay there again if visiting the area.

We stayed in what appeared to be a converted stable which although small had everything for a short stay. It was cool inside and although it didn't have a window there was a skylight in the high ceiling which made it light and airey. You could sit outside in the courtyard with your cuppa, it was peaceful in the village of Crondall which is typically olde worlde. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower room was likewise and adequate with fresh towels and toiletries and the staff were excellent, very helpful. Would stay here again.

Very dissapointing.
Not very good. Converted SMALL stables block, no light no ventilation no soundproofing. We could hear noises from the rooms around us as well ad the pub chillers from across the patio.

Plus: Easy to check in as pub open late. Locatuon was fine with a car park off street. Cons: very small room with small skylight and no windows. Electric light showed up all the cobwebs over bed. Shower confined and electric water pressure poor.

We just needed an overnight stay as we had an event in that are. The Plume of feathers was perfect. Very accommodating with our late check in, very friendly staff and our room was brilliant. Very Clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Not up to standard noty what is advertised
The room is part of of a 3 room conversion in a barn/out building, we were given room 3. There are no windows only a small skylight about a foot square which was too high to reach it was covered so there was no natural light in the room. There was no window in the bathroom only a sort of escape hatch the lead into a car park. It was a very hot day so the only way to get ventilation was to leave the door and hatch open allowing access to anyone passing. The room was cramped and dingy there is no furniture apart for a small wardrobe it really isn't fit for human habitation how it is allowed is beyond me. We left rather than stay there and bake all night.

Nos gusto que tuviera parking privado y nos dieron facilidades cuando les avisamos que llegariamos muy tarde pero sin embargo la habitacion presentaba varias deficiencias a parte de ser pequeña, la mampara de ducha estropeada y costaba mucho cerrarla y abrirla, el soporte de la cebolleta de la ducha estaba un poco roto y no se podria casi sujetar esta, el sistema de agua caliente dejaba mucho que desear (a veces se apagaba y se volvia a encender sola), en el baño apenas habia sitio para poner temas de aseo personal y el espejo no esta frente al lavabo (a 1,5 metros de alli) asi que para afeitarse... complicado si no quieres poner el suelo guapo.

Lovely traditional pub with good overnight rooms
Everyone really helpful when trying to check in early for a wedding, was able to get changed quickly before room was ready. Very clean and functional. Walk in shower, tea & coffee facilities in room. Good for one night stays, shame we didn't have time for breakfast. Lovely looking country pub, would like to go back and spend more time there.

Great overnight stay
Great overnight stay. Although room on small side, was pleasantly surprised, as looked smaller in the photos. Food was excellent and good value for money, with very friendly service and locals. Would make ideal base for exploring local area. Will definitely stay again if down that way.
