”The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. ”

”The place is clean. The staff are really friendly. Stayed there quite a few times but last night was really noisy. Didn't get any sleep. Because of the residential. Which lived ther in the smoking area all night And somebody banging on the main door At 3 o'clock for a long time.probably because The room was back. To back with the smoking area. Usually a very nice stay”

”Room was lovely. Clean. Bit noisy, could hear doors from other rooms opening and closing. The car park could do with some better lighting. I couldn’t see where I was parking properly as arrived at night. ”

”Our second stay at the hotel, this time in the standard pitch view room- previous stay was in the penthouse room. View in the standard room was great, room modernised and clean. Downside was how bright the room was at night. Lights cultivating the pitch illuminated the room, the curtains did not cover the glow which made for a awful nights sleep. Our penthouse stay was much better, comfier bed/bedding, darker room with light creeping through the curtains. Breakfast on this occasion was also...

”Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bar area has a great ambiance about it! Right across the street from the shopping centre the location was brilliant. Not a single complaint. Will definitely be returning next time in Manchester.”

”Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...
