The Mirteto is a stone farmhouse with preserved and restored period finishes and represents a real historical testimony brought back to its former glory. Every architectural detail has been carefully considered preserving the authenticity and charm of the past. It is spread over several levels and surrounded by a large 4000 sqm garden with fruit trees, olive trees, and mediterranean elements. The 3x13.30 m salt pool represents an oasis of peace where guests can cool off and enjoy the hot summer days. But it’s not just the swimming pool that guarantees moments of relaxation: the large gazebo offers shelter on sunny days, allowing guests to enjoy moments outdoors in total comfort.



A suggestive staircase leads from the pool area to the annex with private access and is completely independent of the rest of the structure. It has a private room with a double sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi for 2 people and a shower for romantic moments.

The stone staircase leads to the main building, immersing guests in a suggestive and romantic atmosphere. The veranda allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the surrounding garden where you can relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa and armchairs, letting yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the place.

The entrance to the living area takes you back to a timeless dimension: the two comfortable sofas are the ideal place to read a good book or relax during the hottest days. From the living room, you can access the two double bedrooms which have windows overlooking the veranda. You can also access the full kitchen which has an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave completed by a small service bathroom with a washing machine available for guests. From the kitchen, a French door leads to the outdoor dining area equipped with a large table where you can enjoy cheerful outdoor lunches and dinners in company. The hallway gives access to a second living area with a flat-screen TV, sofa, armchair and an adjoining full bathroom with a shower. The second living area leads to two master double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, one with a French window, and also access from the veranda. The parking area is completely fenced off as is the whole property and is located near the pool area. Pedestrian access from the road through a small gate leads directly to the outdoor dining area and then to the kitchen. The property has an anti-theft system connected to private security and external video surveillance.
