”My first time in Mumbai was a great experience thanks to the Intercontinental Hotel on Marine Drive. The ocean view was beautiful; within a quick walk to the water’s edge where everyone can enjoy the waves. The staff were quick to help with any minor issues, leading to an overall great stay.”
”Most comfortable beds, awesome food at Indiana Jones and Vettro. Room service was very accommodating and good. Chef Stefan Chin and Chef Rohan deserve special mention. The Indian breakfast dishes were outstanding.. everytime. Need more gluten free and dairy free choices on the menu. Allergy sufferers don’t have a choice, it’s not a lifestyle choice. ”
”This hotel is value for money. People describe it as a decent business hotel and that it is! It is located in the Fort area which is relatively close to all the attractions such as the gateway of India. However you will have to take a taxi everywhere.
The rooms vary in size. The first room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller. However after requesting a bigger room the manager was kind enough to show as a couple of options and let us choose the one we wanted. This was great...

Room on arrival not clean. During the stay cleaning level perfect. Though cleaning happened before noon and I felt like I should plan my day according to cleaning staff's schedules, not what one would expect from vacation.
Fullcarpet in the bedroom, like in 1980, requires update to non-carper floor. Bed and pillows were good as in normal 4star hotel.

”I stayed on the top floor and the view was amazing. The room was lovely and the staff excellent. There isn’t much around the hotel, but a short taxi ride from colaba. ”

There are various types of breakfast. The linen is clean. The linen is getting old, so I think it would be more comfortable if it was changed. I appreciate the kindness during my stay.
