”The Greenville, Texas Holiday Inn Express and Suites provides all I need in a hotel stay. The room and facilities are clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. I love their hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee bar. The staff is friendly and competent. ”

”It was a most pleasent stay. The room was big and clean. It would have been a 5/5 room if the noise from the passing road hadn't been so noticeable inside the room. The complimentary breakfast was a bit poor. Wifi was good and strong. One of the few rooms on our road trip that we'd gladly return to.”

”We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there...

”I didn’t expect to have this issues with this hotel. I am disappointed at the conditions of this hotel. It looked so nice in the advertising photos. We get into our room and first notice the toilet had a water leak, then conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and the hair dryer wasn’t working. Also, the elevator had a strong weed smell. I called the front desk and the personal did tried helping me out. He replaced the dryer and conditioner, but couldn’t accommodate us into another room...

”I had 2 rooms one was good, and clean. The other was not, it was not really clean smelled bad, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor when you turned on the water it seemed to be in the drain. Also on the second day we had no towels. I didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but I did expect clean towels daily. ”
