”Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”

”The whole hotel reeks of incenses or some over powering smell that sticks to your clothes and hair. I visited the room once and knew right away I couldn’t stay there. The room lamp had mold on it. The door rattles and shaked like its been kicked down a few times. The door lock was barely hanging on. The room and bathroom is dingy. Looks like someone unlit their cigarette on the tub. The glass surrounding the tub looked unsafe.”

The carpet and wallpaper were peeling. The hallways were uninviting and dingey. The marijuana order was pungent. Door to our room did not even latch, so no form of security whatsoever. ”Do not stay here. Booked longer but only stayed 1 night - then left first thing in the morning. Unclean and unsafe. No form of refund either.”

”This property is always clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts are good. The courtyard is nice to have a drink or sit around the fire pit. However, you need to know that Marriott has started charging $10 a night for parking. There’s no guard there’s no security. they even warned you that they are not responsible for your car. This property is in a business park yet they feel the need to stick it to you with $10 a night Parking.”

”Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. The new room was already occupied and we ended up walking in on someone. When trying to get our 3rd room, she had trouble (I don’t think was entirely her fault here).
