”The main building of this property is beautiful and well cared for, but we were in the Clayton building that was behind the main building. It was very old, in need of renovation, and not what I was expecting. The gym was nice. It was still winter, so the pool was not open.”

”Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here.”

”I appreciated the bar being open once I finished up my night up. ”

”The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just...

”Common areas like elevator and some hall areas were in dire need of deep cleaning as well as some trash pick up and general maintenance. Lobby great. Parking areas well lighted and clean. ”

”There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. ”

”Room and stay were great. Had problems checking in. Staff lied. Do not purchase insurance as it is worthless. ”

”Elevator broken not runing”

”Took me 20-25 minutes to check in . Front desk was vacant. Two other people came in also to check in. The gentleman went to go find someone to assit us to no avail. Went to my room finally, key card wouldnt wk,after 3 trips to front desk was assigned a different room. Bed was hard as a rock, no microwave, no hairdryer, barely luke warm water. Wont reccomend.”
