”Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”

”We absolutely loved this hotel! First time staying at a Drury Inn and we may never stay anywhere else! We paid for a high floor room which had two sinks and an incredibly clean bathroom. The breakfast and social hour were priceless. The only thing we didn’t love was the road noise. We barely got any sleep the first night from what seemed to be constant car and motorcycle noise. The hotel can’t help that but I wouldn’t stay at this particular location again due to that.”

The elevator handles broke off, there were large garage bags left in the hallways overnight and pet food left in the hallways, the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 1:30am and at no point could we find staff to tell us what was...

”We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.”

”It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night”

”This by far was the best Drury I have ever stayed at. First one I've ever been to that had and indoor pool that allowed you to swim to the outdoor pool and patio. The have a brand-new Bar/Kitchen area that was nice. I didn't utilize it on this stay, but the food selections seemed decent, and the bar had premium drinks available. We traveled from out of town and got there an hour prior to check-in. The room was already ready, and we were checked in ahead of schedule. The rates were slightly lower...

”The toilet paper and tissues were too thin, especially the TP. I’m sure that the reason is to reduce cost, but those items are pretty important to most people.”
