This has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff but I wish he had called a better and more honest taxi driver for me. ”The hotel is new, so the facilities are intact. Howeger, managers of the hotel we're not helpful and friendly when we needed to solve an issue: a light blue dress got rust dots from the hungers. We asked for a reimbursement but they refused to compensate. Also, pillows were extremely large, and once again hotel management refused to help us by finding smaller pillows, so we couldn't sleep properly for 3 nights. The best parts of the whole stay were a friendly girl at the reception and a waiter...
