”I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆”

”We got upgraded to a suite which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and they have clearly renovated the rooms recently. The pool area is nice with amazing views over the nearby hills. The restaurant in the hotel was not the best for dinner, price and value did not meet there. Breakfast is standard Italian buffet.”

”Mukava, nopea vastaanotto, sijainti moottoritien lähellä pysäköintimahdollisuuksin, hyvä aamiainen, tosin kaukana kaupungista.”

”Ottima struttura appena fuori dall'uscita autostradale. Parcheggio per i clienti incluso e colazione sia dolce che salata varia e abbondante.”

”Huippuhieno viinitila, josta upeat näkymät. Viiden tähden loma!”

”Una piccola oasi di benessere ”

”Dated hotel but very friendly staff. Good breakfast and free parking”

”Ottima struttura in centro. Pulita, ben arredata, personale cortese. Ottima base”

”Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new.”

”Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very big and kind of retro style. Breakfast room was crowded and a bit difficult to use when there were a lot of people. Location is about 3-4km from the city centre, but you can find restaurants, cafés and a supermarket just around the hotel. Also self service laundry is right next to the hotel. One negative (that couldn't be quickly found out on the hotel description) was the use of the pool. Pool is a part of SPA services and that means you'll have...

”Kaunis puutarha ja esteettisesti kauniit huoneet. Ihan golf kentän laidalla. Sivurakennuksen toisen kerroksen parvekkeelta hienot näkymät golf kentälle. ”

”Resort was little outdated. Service was okay, breakfast pretty good. Gym was there but quite simple. Room We stayed was updated partly but bathroom was not. Swimming pool was smaller than We thought after seeing photos and also quite crowded.”

”A nice and vibrant city.”
