”Historic character inn with rooms right in the centre of town. Parking is available in nearby municipal pay and display car parks - but do check with the hotel beforehand for details of which to park in as the closest is a short stay with a maximum stay of only 4 hours. There is a separate long stay car park within walking distance. Bedrooms have been stylishly brought up to twenty first century standards. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.”

”The room was amazing and very well-appointed. The staff were wonderful — attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We also had dinner at the hotel and everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!”

”Recommend the 5 Bells and their team very highly. Both relaxed and very professional, from the minute I checked in to a great breakfast. I was en route to the channel tunnel. If you’re doing the same stay here, seriously.”

”We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home.
Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.”
