”The property is absolutely stunning but the service and fees charged were excessive and poor. We did enjoy our stay but were disappointed by several issues that occurred during our stay. For a property that charges what it does, we did not expect to have poor water pressure in the shower, cockroaches in the room and being charged and additional $150 in fees per night without getting much in return. The room was also not insulated from the smoke of the nearby fire, which the property did...

”the staff was great and the rooms as well. unfortunately the guest were the ones that made it bad. They broke some glass in the pool that made the staff drain the whole pool and refill it.”

”Room had a smell to it and wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as I would like. Perfect location to be in Sedona. I loved hiking and doing mountain biking on the property. Food was good but not delicious. The views were stunning. Staff were the nicest and so helpful.”

”Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!”
