Great spot for a getaway in Fayetteville, AR. This home is in a safe, quiet and conveniently located neighborhood and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. This midtown location makes exploring Fayetteville easy even on bike and on foot. The backyard chickens and playset provides plenty of entertainment for young ones. We're less than 2 miles from downtown entertainment and art district, and University of Arkansas. Reasonable commute to Bentonville, Rogers (~20-30 min) and Springdale (~10-15 min). Don't hesitate to inquire if booking requirements and timeline don't meet your needs.

This was a nie VRBO in a quiet neighbor that was easy to get to University and Dickson Street. The beds were very comfortable. they had a big backyard with a chicken coop and the owners welcomed you to any eggs they laid. We would definitely book again.

Our stay

Grandkids enjoyed playing on playground equipment one afternoon. Our granddaughter had fun feeding leaves to the chickens. Good selection of kitchen supplies. I did not find a hand mixer except for the rotary one. That would not be adequate for some tasks.

What an outstanding place

I was so pleased with this home. It's clean, quaint, convenient and everything you could possibly ask for. I was in town with my wife and two young children for a Razorback football game, and we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort of the home, the fantastic communication from the owner and the overall amazing experience. I couldn't possibly recommend this home more. It has everything.
